thank you for this wonderfully awkward night.  i was already worried about awkwardness knowing the event would probably be a bunch of good friends watching a movie and then me the outsider but it was really nice of you to blow all of that away by having me show up as the first person even though i was 10 minutes late.  it was even better that you had the event at a single girl’s apartment and the real cherry on top was that all the rest of your members decided not to come leaving us together alone.  at least we had something to distract us “nick and nora’s infinite playlist” cuz that movie isn’t awkward enough to sit through.  you guys forgot a few things that would have made the night even better though, i could have really used some candlelight instead of those flourescents. and also a disco ball would have been a good touch.  maybe it would be good too if next time you get rid of all the furniture except like one small couch and blanket that we have to share.  just some things to consider, i am just brainstorming.
